Visitor Tag Matching Overview

This feature allows you to automatically tag visitors based on a contact list you provide. When a badge is scanned, the system checks the visitor’s information against your uploaded list and instantly applies a tag—such as “Customer” or “Prospect”—to help your team identify them quickly.

You can create as many tags as you need for a flat fee of $199. This makes it easy to categorize visitors in real time and streamline follow-up processes without manual sorting.
